Thank you for shopping at Glamorous Clothing.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. Hence, after 14 days ofthe purchase, clients will not be eligible for either a refund or an exchange.

Furthermore, please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was initially purchased to qualify for a refund and/or exchange.

Clients can qualify for a return on the basis of the following conditions:

  • The customer ordered the wrong product or size
  • The customer no longer needed the product
  • The customer received a damaged product
  • The customer received the wrong product (or size)

Please note that the company will require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return request and complete the entire procedure.

In addition to this, only the products purchased at regular prices will qualify for a refund. Therefore, the company reserves the right to cancel your request for a refund of any item purchased on sale or at discounted prices.

Clients can qualify for an exchange on the basis of the following conditions:

 

  • The delivered product was defective or damaged in condition
  • The price of the purchased item is equivalent to the price of the product it is exchanged for

1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the given timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. However, do consider that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted!

If you have followed the aforementioned steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at our given email address or phone number.

In addition to this, various policies govern the shipping of products that are eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

 

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the amount of refund you receive
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach your doorsteps may vary.

2. Bookings

  • Customers can make their bookings online via our website or call
  • Postage orders can only be sent from Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the applicable business days.

3. Rental Returns

The duration for a regular rental period is between 3 to 6 days. Therefore, it implies that the dress is due for return during the opening hours of the last day of booking or prior.

If the return date falls on Sunday ora public holiday, the next day will automatically be the required dateforreturn.

Once a rental item has been collected in-store, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason including the change of mind andthe return ofan unworn dress within the rental period or on the booking date.

4. Post returns

The interstate customers or customers posting items after the hire must post items on the third day in return express post bag.

  • Customers are expected to notify us if there is a delay in returning the item.
  • Late returns attract a late fee of 20% of the hire price each day since the return is late(after the last day of booking).
  • Late fee will be charged to the customer’s credit card (the details of which were provided at the time of booking).

If the customer has not returned the rental item within 15 days after the return date, we will consider the rental item unreturned and will charge the user’s credit card 100% of the recommended retail value in addition to the rental cost that the user has already paid. The credit card in the file will be charged and, if unsuccessful, referred to a debt collection agency.

5.Conditions of rental:

All items available to return to Glamorous Clothing are items that were previously worn but dry-cleaned.

The condition for rental items is “as new” or “near new”. Due to the nature of the item being worn, there may be minor visible repairs and imperfections. Therefore, we recommend all customers inspect the clothing before returning

6.Dry Clean

Customers are responsible for returning the item dry cleaned by a professional or paying $10 cost of dry cleaning.
